Refunds

If you are unhappy in any way about the quality of the print you receive, please return it in the original packaging and condition, stating your reasons for rejection, for a full refund.
 
Regrettably this refund can not extend to the cost of postage unless the print is faulty.
 
Please note that although great care is taken to ensure that all our equipment is correctly calibrated, all monitors display colours slightly differently. It is therefore impossible to guarantee that the colour of the print will exactly match the colour of that displayed on your monitor.
This is therefore not considered to be a fault of the print.
 
It is highly advisable that you obtain proof of postage when returning prints for refund.
